A 27-year-old bouncer was in critical condition after he was shot early Sunday during a fight outside a Deep Ellum nightclub, Dallas police say.
The man was wounded about 2 a.m. at Elm and Crowdus streets, outside Vinty Nightclub. Police have not released his name.
The club was getting ready to close when a fight broke out among people outside, the nightclub’s owner said. The bouncer tried to break the group apart and was shot three times in the back.
