Const. Kim Carroll recalls a young girl she once had some interaction with during her job as a police officer.
Now a school resource officer (SRO), Carroll found out the girl — now a teenager — was a student at one of the schools where the constable works.

“She remembered me,” Carroll says. “It’s really helped her in coming to talk to me about things that are going on at home … I think we all have success stories.”
