Police release information on missing Ohio Valley woman that hasn't been seen since February

Washington, PA police say they are looking for 30 year-old Katlyn Dorn. Katlyn is white, has brown eyes, blonde/ brown hair, is 5'8 and weighs 135. She also has a HOPE tattoo om her left side of her ribs and often wears her hair pulled up.
