Police re-investigating Chester man's 2014 death, originally ruled a suicide

The Chesterfield County Police Department has reopened the case of a Chester pet store owner who was found dead inside his business nine years ago. Vincent W. “Vinny” Ferraiolo, 48, was found dead on Jan. 3, 2014, inside Off The Ark Exotic Pets store he owned on Iron Bridge Road in the Water Tower Shopping
