Police officers charged with misconduct after allegedly taking pictures at the murder scene of Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman

TWO METROPOLITAN police officers have been charged with a count of misconduct in public office.
The charge relates to alleged photographs taken and circulated at the crime scene of two sisters in Wembley in June 2020.
47-year-old PC (police constable) Deniz Jaffer and 32-year-old PC Jamie Lewis, based at the North East Command will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday May 27 for their first hearing.
The alleged misconduct is in relation to the investigation into the deaths of Bibaa Henry, aged 46 and Nicole Smallman, aged 27 in Fryent Country Park in Wembley in June 2020.
