Police in Beaufort say a man was arrested this weekend after following women around Walmart while exposing and inappropriately touching himself. After Brown was detained, another woman told officers she also had been victimized in the same manner.Brown was arrested for indecent exposure and booked into the Beaufort County Detention Center. He has since been released.
