Police make second arrest in fatal stabbing of Montreal teen outside school

Montreal police say they've arrested a second person in the stabbing death of 16-year-old Jannai Dopwell-Bailey. The suspect, identified by police as Andrei Donet, 18, appeared in court today on several charges including second-degree murder.
