Police lock down Dixon High after stolen vehicle driver crashes through fence

DIXON — The lockdown Thursday at Dixon High School was lifted about 11:20 a.m., nearly three hours after the incident began 25 miles away when a Stolen Vehicle Task Force unit started an enforcement stop.
It ended with an arrest of one woman, who was a passenger in the car, and who was later booked
