Milele A. Coggs is asking the public for help in solving a recent rash of cases where car windows have been broken out and vehicles damaged across four city neighborhoods.
The perpetrators have caused the damage to dozens of parked vehicles during the overnight hours, and have struck in the Brewer’s Hill, Harambee, Halyard Park, and Riverwest neighborhoods.
