Police insist teenagers who died in e-bike crash that sparked Cardiff riots were NOT being chased

Cars were torched and 15 officers injured in horrific scenes in Cardiff on Monday night after claims that Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15, were being pursued.
