Police file raps vs 5 arrested suspects in fatal hazing of criminology student

QUEZON City police on Thursday filed criminal charges against five suspects in the hazing death of a criminology student. This, as BGen. Redrico Maranan, Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director, warned 11 other officers and members of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity to surrender or face arrest.
