A father is accused of swinging a knife on his daughter's boss outside a popular doughnut shop in Round Rock on Sunday, according to an arrest affidavit.
The father, Kenneth Wolfrank, 52, of Round Rock, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.
Wolfrank told police he was angry because his daughter's manager at Round Rock Donuts was "rude and disrespectful to her" on the phone when she called him to say she couldn't come to work, the affidavit said.
Police were notified at 1:34 p.m. Sunday about the incident at 106 W. Liberty Ave., the affidavit said. It said Wolfrank told officers he drove to the business and confronted the manager outside in the parking lot. He said they started arguing and the manager pushed him and punched him in the face, according to to the affidavit.
