Police: Driver was under influence of drugs when he ran over woman in Fraser

Jason Waelchli was arraigned in 39th District Court in Roseville on Wednesday on charges of driving under the influence of drugs causing death, and driving with a suspended or revoked license causing death, both punishable by up to 15 years iun prison.
