Police: Chelmsford man crashes car into state police cruiser in NH

LONDONDERRY, N.H. — Police said a Chelmsford man crashed his car into the back of a New Hampshire State Police cruiser as it was in the shoulder of Interstate 93 on Wednesday providing safety services at a construction site.
