Police Believe Suspect Deliberately Crashed Car After Allegedly Stabbing Mother-in-Law to Death

Investigators sought Thursday to determine what led to a stabbing that killed a 69-year-old woman in Chula Vista and to the death of the suspect, her son-in-law.
