Police: Babysitter killed 2-year-old boy, injured twin sister, claims 'anger got the best of him'

A Utah man was charged Friday with killing a 2-year-old boy and injuring the child's twin sister while babysitting them. He was previously convicted of breaking another 2-year-old's arm.
