Police arrest tenant for stabbing landlord in Rivers

Men of the Rivers State Police Command have arrested a middle-aged man, Patrick Essien, for allegedly stabbing his landlord in Rumuiprikon, the Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of the state on Monday.
