Police arrest ISIS member in Lanao del Sur

ZAMBOANGA CITY (PNA) – A former barangay chairman suspected to be a member of the Islamic State for Iraq and Syria (ISIS) was arrested in an operation in Marantao, Lanao del Sur Tuesday, August 16.
