Police are appealing for witnesses to a man being caught under a bus in Wellington

Andrew Lockwood Waikare, also known as Anaru "Doc" Manuel - died on Saturday night after being dragged under a bus on Taranaki Street.
Detective Sergeant Glenn Japeth says police would like to speak to passengers on the Number 3 bus that night.
He says any information, no matter how small could help them get a better idea of how this accident happened.
