Pokusevski Scores 29, Thunder Top Clippers In Season Finale
Aleksej Pokusevski scored a career-high 29 points, and the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 117-112 on Sunday night in the regular-season finale for both teams.
It was a promising close to the season for the 7-foot rookie from Serbia.
“To think about where he was at the beginning of the season and then the way he played now is a true, tangible example of a player developing,” Thunder coach Mark Daigneault said.
Josh Hall, a two-way player who had never scored more than 10 points in an NBA game, had career highs of 25 points and 10 rebounds for Oklahoma City.
