“The mobile app has registered 1,183 PMC-run public toilets on its service and submitted a detailed report on their existing status in the phase one. Now, phase two of the initiative that has been launched will help maintain the toilets,” said Amol Bhinge, a NRI who is the founder of ToiletSeva app.
