Uniindia: Bilaspur (HP), October 5(UNI) Prime Minister, Narendra Modi greeted the people of Himachal Pradesh on the occasion of Dussehra by inaugurating AIIMS Bilaspur and laying foundation stones of projects worth Rs 3,650 crore here on Wednesday.
