Just after midnight on Saturday, September 2nd, Plymouth Police responded to Jefferson and Walnut Streets for reports of a reckless driver. The vehicle was gone from the location, but city officers continued looking for the suspect vehicle. A little later in the morning, around 1:30 a city officer observed the suspect vehicle traveling south on
