Plea expected Tuesday in Sudbury murder case Back to video
Rees had been set to enter a guilty plea in early April, but changed his mind and wanted a trial.
However, is now is expected to enter the guilty plea in the Superior Court of Justice late Tuesday afternoon.
A sentencing date of Sept. 16 is also booked for Rees, who remains in custody.
On April 6, Rees had been scheduled to enter a guilty plea in Superior Court, but that did not happen.
Then on April 20, his lawyer, Robert Beckett, told Superior Court assignment court that his client now wanted a trial instead.
