TUSCOLA COUNTY — A 44-year old Caro man pleaded no contest to a single reduced charge against him in connection with the overdose death of his girlfriend on June 30, 2020.
Initially, Nathan D. Hurley was charged with five felony counts, including delivering a controlled substance causing death, delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine (second offense), possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy (second offense), tampering with evidence in a criminal case and delivery/possession of methamphetamine in a park (second offense).
He was also charged with a high-court misdemeanor of use of methamphetamine (second offense).
