Plans to set up biological security council under Belarus' Council of Ministers

Roman Golovchenko said: “At a recent government conference, during which the head of state looked into matters of biological security of agricultural facilities, it was said clearly that it is the exclusive domain of the state. It is the state that has to take all the measures to prevent negative manifestations."
