Plan to develop Clover Hill parcel gets a first nod from commission

The Chesterfield County Planning Commission gave its approval to a development proposal for a 103-acre parcel of land in the northwest quadrant of the intersection at Route 288 and Hull Street Road. The plan includes 450 dwellings, a seven-story hotel, a full-service restaurant and redevelopment of the Market Square Shopping Center. C 1” = 150’-0”
