KUALA LUMPUR: PKR’s Fahmi Fadzil was summoned to the Dang Wangi police station today, where he spent over an hour to provide a statement over his presence at the station the day an activist was released.
The Lembah Pantai MP said his statement was taken as a witness to a gathering in solidarity with graphic designer Fahmi Reza on April 24.
He was also asked to provide a statement on a police report he lodged this morning, based on a Malaysia Gazette report involving allegations made by former inspector-general of police Abdul Hamid Bador.
