Pizza Inn, Pie Five menu adds answer customer cravings

Sister pizza brands, Pie Five and Pizza Inn — both under Dallas-based Rave Restaurant Group — are launching products designed to entice summer diners.
At Pie Five, the focus is all on meatless eating as the brand launches its Impossible Tuscan Pizza, which includes the meatless "meatballs" from Impossible Meat, which the brand is now offering as a topping choice for all its pies, a news release said. The Impossible Tuscan pie is made on a thin crust, topped with Tuscan marinara, those aforementioned plant-based "meatballs," ricotta and mozzarella, at which point the pizza is baked then after baking finished with grape tomatoes, arugula and a light lemon dressing.
