Pittsfield City Council expands housing zone, OKs support package to help a new proposed apartment project on Wendell Avenue

The local developer is looking to convert the 13 office units that cover the 100 Wendell Avenue’s 19,000 square feet into 28 apartment units that will be called the Pointe.
