Though Dawn Hartman has been taking pics since she was gifted a camera at 14, the series that launched her professional career, The Intimacy Project — a rotating photography exhibition that features photos of LGBTQ couples in intimate settings, to combat homophobia — is still very close to her heart, and something she feels ready to dive back into.
