Pittsburgh Public Schools board candidate wants increased administrative accountability

Voters in the southern part of the city will determine a new school board representative next week. But only one candidate has been publicly campaigning. Tracey Reed, who is backed by a new political group, Black Women For A Better Education, won the Democratic primary with nearly 60 percent of votes.
