Derek Sauer, Estimator from Rieth-Riley Construction confirmed Friday that the upcoming street improvement project on the city's northwest side begins today. The City of Plymouth, through the Redevelopment Commission has contracted with Rieth-Riley Construction Company to reconstruct Commerce Street, Pioneer Drive, and Gary Drive. Construction begins today (Monday, April 22) and the anticipated completion date
