Pinwheels cover Children's Board of Hillsborough County for Child Abuse Prevention Month

April 1 marked the beginning of Child Abuse Prevention Month, and the Children's Board of Hillsborough helped bring awareness to the issue Monday, as its grounds and lawns were covered in more than 1,000 blue pinwheels, spinning in the wind.
