Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation Chester Cooper confirmed yesterday that while the government has granted Royal Caribbean International (RCI) approval for its $100 million beach club project on the western end of Paradise Island, it is also still considering the proposal by Bahamian Toby Smith for his Paradise Island Lighthouse
