Physicians of Myddfai event falls victim to coronavirus pandemic

The annual conference of the Physicians of Myddfai Society, due to be held at the end of June, has been cancelled.
The society's secretary, Dr Donald Williams, said this year's cancellation was unavoidable in view of the current Covid-19 situation, but hopes to present the cancelled programme next year.
Dr Williams said: "We regret having to disappoint those who had agreed to take part and the people who were looking forward to attend. However, we plan to reschedule the event for next year.”
