Prince Philip, husband to England’s Queen Elizabeth, has died at age 99. As his death makes worldwide news, it’s also stirred memories here – the other
London – of his visits to the Forest City over his decades of royal life. He was here in 1951 and 1959 with the Queen, and again in 1983. Here are several photos from the LFP Archives of those memorable visits:
