Phoenix Tower International inks deal to enter German tower market

Blackstone backed Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has signed a deal with Novec BV, the largest independent telecommunications infrastructure provider in the Netherlands, to acquire its German subsidiary, Novec Gmbh.
