Philly mayor's election: Cherelle Parker and David Oh poised to make history

In Philadelphia's mayoral election, Democrat Cherelle Parker faces Republican David Oh on Tuesday. The winner will be the city's 100th mayor. A win for Parker would make her Philadelphia's first woman elected mayor. Oh would become the first Asian-American to occupy the top job at City Hall if he wins.
