Philly Cheese School opens brick-and-mortar store in South Philly

Philly Cheese School, a business founded in 2020 by Montgomery County native Julia Birnbaum, now has its own brick-and-mortar classroom in South Philadelphia. Birnbaum will add in-person classes to her virtual offerings. The classes include a selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie pairings. The classroom is BYOB and is also available for private classes and special events.
