Philippines highlights loopholes in ICC pre-trial of drug war

After failing to stop the International Criminal Court from proceeding with its probe on the bloody war on drugs of the previous Duterte administration, the government is now highlighting the “legal errors” of the court’s pre-trial chamber as part of its appeals strategy.
