Philippine president Marcos announces that govt will set aside extra funds to assist padi farmers

President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr has rdered the Department of Agriculture (DA) to utilize the excess Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) fund to help farmers.
