Philanthropist Jacqueline Avant, wife of music exec. Clarence Avant, is fatally shot

Police are investigating the shooting of Jacqueline Avant, who was found shot in her Beverly Hills home early Wednesday. "I don't think it's a random attack", said police chief Mark Stainbrook.
