Philadelphia prisoner escape: Officials just missed Alleem Bordan sighting

U.S. Marshals and Philly police are closing in on capturing 29-year-old escaped prisoner Alleem Bordan after sources say he was seen in West Philly Tuesday afternoon. With rainy weather ahead, officials believe he could flee inside somewhere.
