Philadelphia man draws prison for robbing Franconia gas station

Carlos Scot Gaillard, 30, of Philadelphia is on his way to prison after he admitted to robbing a Liberty Gas Station in the 300 block of Harleysville Pike in Franconia where he ordered a female clerk at gunpoint into a bathroom.
