Philadelphia joins National Public Safety Partnership in effort to reduce violent crime

Philadelphia is one of 10 cities selected by the U.S. Department of Justice to join the National Public Safety Partnership program, which will provide intensive training and technical assistance to the city's police department in an effort to reduce violent crime.
