A man was seriously injured in a traffic accident in Attard on Friday afternoon, the police said.
The accident took place in Mdina Road at 4.30pm.
It involved a Subaru Sambar driven by a 41-year-old man of Marsascala and a Seat Arona driven by a 28-year-old man of Zurrieq.
The 41-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Magistrate Gabriella Vella is leading an inquiry.
