PH sends China note verbale after its coast guard 'forcefully' took rocket wreckage from PH Navy near Pag-asa Island

The Philippines has sent China a note verbale to seek clarification on the alleged forcible taking of a rocket wreckage by its coast guard from the Philippine Navy on the waters off Pag-asa Island, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Enrique Manalo said Thursday.
