Marcos allowed to use Gulfstream jet whether 'on state functions or not' — PH Air Force

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is allowed to use the Gulfstream G280 command and control (C2) aircraft of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) to fly to any destination whether he is "on state functions or otherwise."
