Petrol, diesel prices rise after two-day pause
Petrol and diesel prices were hiked on Tuesday after two days of pause. According to news agency ANI, while petrol became dearer by 25 paise, diesel price was increased by 35 paise. In Delhi, the retail price of petrol stands at Rs 90.83 per litre and diesel at Rs 81.32 per litre. 
Oil marketing companies had left petrol and diesel prices unchanged for two days on Sunday and Monday amid pressure to check the fuel price rise in the country. Across the country as well the petrol and diesel price remained stable after rising for 12 consecutive days till Saturday.
